What to include

  • What happened, and what you expected.
  • The approximate date and time of the upload, with the time zone.
  • Your browser and device, for example Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Windows.
  • The error message, or a screenshot of it.

Please do not email images of identity documents, medical records, or payment cards.
